We went to Pardot Roadmap session, at Dreamforce’15, and get to know the new Pardot features categorized as roadmap themes: salesforce integration, flexible reporting and enterprise power.
Salesforce integration
We were presented with Salesforce Engage with better ways to give sales reps relevant data for better connections with their customers. There’s now a bigger connection between Pardot and Salesforce, allowing a sync cycle every 2 minutes and up to 150.000 records per hour!
Flexible reporting
Regarding the reporting, expect soon to have a way to customize columns in email report by swapping the order, add columns, resize columns and more exporting options!
Enterprise power
In the Pardot Roadmap session, they show us a new multi-score model that will allow different products categorization!
Pardot infrastructures are moving into Salesforce data centers in waves to allow a faster way to process dynamic lists and have large databases support.
